The Senior Ministry program at Village Baptist Church is designed to “Celebrate Seniors.” There is much to celebrate about our senior citizens. The wealth of varied opportunities, skills, understanding, wisdom, courage, and perseverance that our senior citizens have to share with others is unlimited! Our church celebrates all that our senior citizens have to offer.

Senior Ministry is designed to offer opportunities for seniors, both church members and in the surrounding community, to participate in enjoying, learning, and experiencing special events and regularly scheduled opportunities to meet. Together we will explore ways to “run the race that is set before us” as seniors with skill, wisdom and grace. The opportunities provided through the Senior Ministry program will allow our seniors to support one another, learn and grow as individuals, as well as enhancing skill in ministry to neighbors, friends and family.
